霧の向こうに繋がる世界 (Hepburn: Kiri no Mukou ni Tsunagaru Sekai, English: "Worlds Connected Beyond the Mist") is a collaborative single composed by 霜月はるか and Revo. Released by TEAM Entertainment on June 14th, 2006, the single has three tracks. "Schwarzweiß ～霧の向こうに繋がる世界～", the third track, was the opening theme for the PlayStation 2 game Atelier Iris: Grand Fantasm.
