4th Story CD Elysion ~楽園幻想物語組曲~ (Hepburn: Elysion ~Rakuen Gensō Monogatari Kumikyoku~, lit. "Elysion ~Paradise Fantasy Story Suite~") is the first Story CD after Sound Horizon's major debut. Released on April 13th, 2005 the singing and performance credits for this album reached over 40 members. Taking the general public into consideration the composition and overall style of this album differs from other works like Chronicle 2nd substantially. The composition is fairly simpler and the tracks don't break over 6 minutes in length. The album contains 11 tracks but there are 45 tracks on the CD. Tracks 12 to 43 are all blank tracks, containing no audio. Track 44 is the only one of these 45 tracks to contain audio and track 45 is silent. As a sign of not truly losing their doujin roots this album is the last to contain a system sound set.

In August of 2012 C&L Music, a Korean CD publisher, released Elysion ~楽園幻想物語組曲~ for South Korean audiences. Going forward C&L Music published 5 other SH CDs, 3 SH DVDs, and 5 Linked Horizon CDs. The release featured an officially translated lyric booklet printed in black and white. The album's catalog number is CNLR 1205. This album, along with 10 others, was remastered in 2020 for Sound Horizon's 15th Anniversary.
